Lo so, lo so, sono in ritardo di un mese ma tra le vacanze di Natale e nuove idee per il blog, mi sono persa via invece di raccontarvi del Workshop Gift Lab – A lezione di pacchetti .
Il primo workshop firmato nelmioangolino, ideato e realizzato da me, dedicato al wrapping natalizio si è svolto da Yuriko gioielli ed è stata un’occasione davvero carina, in una giornata di neve (a Milano?eh sì). Tutto (o quasi) è riuscito come previsto: il materiale da utilizzare era tantissimo e le idee sono piaciute… quasi due ore non bastavano!!! Ogni partecipante ha portato a casa un piccolo kit per ricreare quello che aveva imparato e stupire i propri amici dicendo “questo l’ho fatto io!”

Sono tanti i dettagli da organizzare quando si prepara un workshop, mi viene in mente un post scritto proprio in questi giorni da Decor8 che raggruppa 14 consigli per realizzare un workshop curato in tutti i particolari: location raggiungibile da tutti, inviti per informare tutti gli amici, materiali da reperire, idee da realizzare e magari raccogliere in un album o board (magari di Pinterest), scelta del giorno e dell’ora, costi e soprattutto tempo per organizzare e fare tante prove in modo da rendere snella la spigazione e chiaro il procedimento.

I’m a bit late, I know, but at last I’m here to tell you about the Gift Lab Workshop.
About a month ago, during a snowy day in Milan, Yuriko Gioielli hosted the first “made in nelmioangolino” workshop regarding christmas wrapping. It was a positive experience and an overall success, we had lots of materials to play with and cute ideas. Each participant took home a small kit to recreate what he had learned and impress their friends saying “I did this!”

Preparing a workshop is not an easy task, many details have to fit together, as Decor8 pointed out in a recent post with 14 pieces of advice to organize a successful workshop. You need an easy to reach location, invitations for all your friends, lots of materials, ideas for the workshop that you can collect in an album or an artboard (like Pinterest). Chose the right day and time, keep track of all the costs and, last but not least, you’ll need a lot of time to rehearse and streamline your presentation.
